Not located nearby? Our mail-in quilting service allows clients from anywhere to have their quilts professionally finished.
Simply prepare and ship your quilt top, backing, and batting to our studio. We’ll review your project, confirm pattern and thread choices, and complete the quilting using our professional longarm machine. Once finished, your quilt is carefully packaged and shipped back to you.
Drop Off Service
Local clients are welcome to drop off their quilts directly at our Courtenay studio.
During your visit, we’ll review your quilt top, discuss quilting patterns, thread color, and batting options, and provide an estimated price and turnaround time. You’ll also have the opportunity to see available materials such as wideback fabrics and batting in person.
2. Batting
Batting is the inner layer of a quilt that provides warmth, softness, and structure between the quilt top and backing. Choosing the right batting affects the loft, texture, and overall feel of your finished quilt. At Spectrum Quilting, we offer several high-quality batting options to suit different quilting styles and preferences.

2 – suggested to purchase thru Spectrum due to excessive size to ship to us.
3 – would you like us to [Bind] your quilt
5 – Print & fill out [Receiving form]
6 – Package your quilt top and receiving form. Also backing and binding if applicable. Take a photo of your quilt top for reference for consultation.
7 – Mail to: 218, 2270 Cliffe Avenue, Courtenay, BC, Second Floor
8 – We will contact you when we receive your quilt & have consultation.
9 – We will notify you when your quilt is complete and send an invoice and picture.
10 – Send payment
11 – We will deliver quilt back to you.
